Inside free_tricore_entry_tool_chain.zip there is a folder "ude". Inside this folder there is a file that appears to contain UDE licenses.
I found multiple problems:
1. Documentation does not say anything about this file. Should I have copied it to C:\HIGHTEC\licenses since all environment variables point to it?
I have following environment variables:
RLM_LICENSE = C:\HighTec\licenses
HTC_LICENSES = C:\HighTec\licenses
HTC_DEVELOPMENT = c:\Hightec
HTC_LICENSES is mentioned here on forum but now a web page
free-entry-toolchain.hightec-rt.com/index.php tells me to use RLM_LICENSE not HTC_LICENSES.
Which one is correct? Both?
2. License file ude_EntryToolkit_license.lic is not mentioned anywhere. Is it expected that UDE will pick it up if it is not copied to C:\HIGHTEC\licenses?
3. Looks like all licenses inside ude_EntryToolkit_license.lic are expired in Jan 2017!
Here is the contents of ude_EntryToolkit_license.lic:
