Is there an onboard Debugger/Programmer ? Or do I need external Hardware?
Will there be a free compiler?

hey,
thanks for the answers! I will have a look at it.
Currently PLS is offering only single-core debugging via USB right? I have seen that there might be space for a DAP connector. So with the big PLS Debugger it would be possible but multicore USB would be so much nicer...
The board is currently not available for shipping to germany, I have asked Hitex germany when it will be available so I hope I can get my hands on this board soon.

You can use the Hightec professional toolchain as well as the free tools. Once the Tasking Lite tools are available, we will add the Tasking toolchain also.

Hi,
I've installed the Auduino Lib and want to try whether everything is working. Now I'm stucking due to an error during comipiling. A undefined reference in libAurduino.a as error is logged. (Print::prontFloat(double,unsigned char) --> __fpclassifyf ist missing. I use the hightec Compiler Version 4.6.4.0. Can you Support?

Hi, the AURduino IDE is only released for use with the free Hightec toolchain "v4.6.5.0-infineon-1.1". Please send the sketch that you are trying to compile as it should work with any Hightec release!
If you are using the Arduino IDE then the Aurix compiler is assumed to be located in "C:/HighTec/toolchains/tricore/v4.6.5.0-infineon-1.1/bin/".
You could edit the "C:\Program Files (x86)\Arduino\hardware\aurduino\aurix\platform.txt" to change the compiler path to something else, e.g.
#C Compiler Settings: free tool chain installation compiler.path=C:/HighTec/toolchains/tricore/v4.6.5.0/bin/
BTW: a getting started guide is attached

Hi,
I tried also the Hightec 4.6.5.0. I'm not sure if I have the "Infineon-1.1" Version. The sketch I tried was the simple Basic sketch without any changes. I wanted to try whether just the empty sketch is compiling before I write any code.
Cheers Michael
