I am having issues in setting up Aurix Simulink target in Windows10 system with Matlab R2016a - 64 bit. When I try to build the " FIRST BLINKY APPLICATION " given in the manual I get following error "License Check failed, error -5"
Since the licensing is online and I have given Windows Firewall exception for aurix_target\license\LicCheck.exe application in the license folder of aurix_target.
I am also having Shieldbuddy Arduino add-in installed. Does this cause any issue as the HTC_ LICENSES environment variable points to the location of the Arduino add-in installation? And again this folder is not in MATLAB path.
1. Have anyone had similar issues and found a way around?
2. I have also tried it with Matlab R2018b - 64 bit, and have same issues, is anyone using newer versions of Matlab other than R2015b with shield buddy.
3. I have my aurix_target placed in D:\ drive, should it be in C:\ drive.
Regarding the license error, this particular error can occur if you don't have proper write access rights to the target folder, however this is unusual.
In general we will be simplifying the licensing so that internet access is no longer needed, I will post on this board when the update is available. This error is from the blockset license check and so is not related to the HTC_LICENSES variable.
