No valid license!

Hi, I'm new to the Hitex shield buddy and Arduino for that matter but am trying to get it working following the "getting started guide"


I've installed in the following order:

Hightec freetoolchain v4.9.1.0

Arduino IDE v1.8.0

ShieldBuddyMulticoreIDE v1.63

Copied the emailed licence file from Hitec to C:\HighTec\licenses


When I try to compile the default sketch, I get the following error:

Can you help me understand if there is a problem with the installation, configuration or licence file please?
