New Free Entry Toolchain Released v4.9.3.0

Infineon and Hightec have released a new version of the Aurix Free Entry Toolchain.  This can be obtained from:

free-entry-toolchain.hightec-rt.com/

This toolchain locates the compiler in a new directory "C:\HIGHTEC\toolchains\tricore\v4.9.3.0-infineon-1.0". This will require you to update the ShieldBuddy add-in for the Arduino IDE to v1.71.
