Hi!
Does anybody know the specific IC component part number? This is shorted out and I'd like to lift and replace it, but I'm not sure what the replacement is.
The component is circled in the large picture and then a closeup with a microscope to show the markings, but I cannot find what specific part this is.
Or is there a BOM for the TC275?
The closest I could find to this is from other designs which use the following:
